All paintings are created digitally by hand(read more about digital painting). Finished portrait paintings are printed on Kodak E-Surface Paper. Kodak states that with this paper don’t worry about prints fading. The standard archival value is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage.

What happens after you order?
Once you select your package, the shopping cart will take you to final checkout through PayPal. PayPal will send both you and I a purchase receipt with your order details and I will email you as soon as I receive this. We’ll chat on the phone (or via email, however you feel most comfortable) about your portrait and you’ll email me a full resolution image for reference, of the example of who you’d like me to paint a portrait of. Once I have the painting finished, I’ll notify you via email with a preview example, and then I will order the print. The print is made at a professional printing lab in the mid-west. When they are done, shipping typically takes anywhere from 7-14 business days. The reason I select this lab, is because of their professionalism and because they ship very quickly. If upon review before shipment, you are not satisfied with the results of your portrait painting, I will return your payment in full within 5-10 business days. Or, if you receive your painting damaged in the mail, I will work with the printing lab to ensure you receive another print. You will need to provide a .jpeg image of the damaged painting for me to show the lab so they can turn around another shipment of your painting as quickly as possible. If within 15 days of shipment the print results are not satisfactory, please ship back the print to me and once I receive your print I will provide you with a full* refund of your portrait painting payment within 5-10 business days.
