I strive to provide my customers with high-quality professionally made art prints and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the art print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case you receive a damaged art print or an art print that wasn’t what you ordered, please send me a photo of the art prints at becky@rebeccacooper.art along with the reason for the return.

To initiate a refund, please contact me at becky@rebeccacooper.art. Once your request is received, I will provide you with instructions on how to return the art prints. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the art prints will be covered by you.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized art commissions cannot be returned or refunded unless the received prints are defective or damaged upon receipt, in which case a replacement will be sent to the client after I and the printing lab I work with have reviewed the image of the damaged art prints you send us.
  • Art Commissions cannot be refunded due to the time spent on creating commissioned art.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund if I determine that the art print has been used or is not in its original condition.
