  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bekindart.com (the “Site”), as well as any purchase of art prints or services made through the Site. By using the Site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or make a purchase.

  1. Site Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and artwork, is the property of Rebecca Emily Cooper and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

  1. Purchases

All purchases of art prints or services made through the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. Prices for art prints and services are subject to change without notice.

  1. Shipping

We currently ship art prints to United States & Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of the art print. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order and 3-7 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or damage that occur during shipping.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for art prints. To be eligible for a return, the art print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us at becky@rebeccacooper.art within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the art print. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the art print.

  1. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the artwork and designs displayed on the Site belong to Rebecca Emily Cooper. You may not use any artwork or designs displayed on the Site without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, materials, products, and services provided on the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, products, or services included on the Site. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site or make purchases after any modification of these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
