It is the little simple things in life that are the big and most important things&#8230;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"poetry\">Today I smiled when I thought of you.<br \/>\n15 years just seems so few<br \/>\nIt feels like yesterday I took you home<br \/>\nTo save you so you were not alone<\/div>\n<div class=\"poetry\">You became my companion and my friend<br \/>\nLoving with no judgment until the endI have cried many tears<br \/>\nWishing I could bring back those years<br \/>\nToday I smiled because I had that time<br \/>\nMemories that will always be mine<\/p>\n<p>It is the simple and small things<br \/>\nAnd the joy that each day brings<br \/>\nToday I smiled because I can finally see<br \/>\nThat you want happiness for me.<\/p>\n<p>My heart is big enough to love another,<br \/>\nAnd I know it was you that helped us find her.<br \/>\nSo, &#8220;Who rescued who,&#8221; you say? &nbsp;<br \/>\nThe answer is very clear today.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>We love to go to our family cabin and spend time together with our dogs. This time spent means more than anything money can buy. These memories are precious and have helped us heal. We don&#8217;t have to forget about them. The time we had is ours to keep and we can honor them by helping another. We know our angel Sadey helped us find Madi. And Madi has helped all of us heal. We miss her but know we will see her again. She is now our little angel helping us along our way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTime spent with those who you love is everything. The every day little things are what matters and that is what she helped us see.&nbsp;And this is one of those precious memories you brought to life.
