This epic superhero comic book icon has entertained kids young and old for so many years. This comic book hero was Clark’s (my husband) favorite, so it was especially fun to paint. I think I had Clark in mind while I painted this, and that is why it turned out better than I had hoped it would. This guy reminds me of him. 😉
The actor who plays Superman in this upcoming remake (due for release June 2013), is Henry Cavill. The last remake wasn’t as awesome as I had imagined, but I am optimistic this one will be better. To all the Superman fans, this painting is for you! 🙂
